Why Group Fitness Classes?

Statistics show that taking part in group fitness classes dramatically increases your chances of keeping you on track in your personal fitness journey, as well as being highly motivational, and a great way to socialise.

Group fitness classes enable each individual to work at their own level. So if you’ve no experience at all don’t worry, we’ll demonstrate each exercise and ensure you have the right technique to carry it out safely and effectively. Many of our clients are new to the idea of exercise or haven’t been active for years. We provide as much help and support as you need. 

What Fitness Classes Are Available?


High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of exercise in which you alternate between very intense anaerobic periods and slower recovery periods for a shorter, more efficient workout.


Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Body Conditioning

This is a total body conditioning class that uses resistance and weights to work on strength and tone, as well as aerobic exercise to work on cardiovascular fitness.

Circuit Training

Circuit training involves doing a set number of exercises, back-to-back in quick succession, for rounds — or “circuits.” The rest time between circuits is generally very low, and the rest time between exercises is ideally non-existent.


Take the time to focus your body and mind. You will improve your flexibility and stretch out your body. This group exercise class will help you prevent injuries while working your muscles from head to toe.
